Meeting up with friends is always good. Sometimes i know that although work gets over the top, friends are still important.I guess i've neglected them in the course of time until their birthday send an alarm. Well, i celebrated Shiwei's brithday on Thurs.. it seemed pathetic initially that we could only meet for supper.. like that was the only timeslot available in the week where all of us could make it.. but irregardless, better than nothing. We had a good time at the White tangering cafe. Its at paya lebar cc and its really a cool cafe. Definately recommended.I'm also real glad with the gift i got for her. I bought her the book heaven is so real:) Read the book anyone? I've heard so much but never got to read it.

Saturday was the Beautiful people event. For those who wanna know more about volunteering, go to www.beautifulpeople.org.sg I was sent to represent my agency with kelly to see how we can collaborate with them. I'm really glad that i took the first step in enquiring about them. Wanting to volunteer with them, it turned out such that something bigger could happen. That is to allow them to move into my agency and be a blessing to our girls at risk. I'm truly inspired by their magnanimousity and sincerity.

After that, we celebrated luke's birthday at NYDC. wooohooo all that sinful foooddieee.. i felt like i was in NY literally. But it was fun catching up with him and xiao hui..missed peiling and Aaron though! Its funny how we can just go to kino and sit there for like an hour plus readin funny books. Luke couldnt stop reading those zodiac signs book and kept telling me i was going to have a bad year. come on. My destiny is in the Lord and not in those books!OK anyway.. yeah reading was fun.

Ok, thats about it for meeting of friends. Those whom i havent met for a long time, pls do help me with marking a date on my calender. I can be overwhelmed at times but ur not forgotten!
