The title explains why i can blog. UNexpectedly, my tuition got cancelled and my coursemate drove me back to the east. Wheee. free ride. so back home early. Also, today marked the end of the systemic practice in School Social work course. it was held for 5 days over 5 weeks. Quite something i must say. Missing work on Monday leaves a pile of things and appointments on Tues. But yeah, we made it through the 5 days. Above is the picture of us at SSTI, NCSS at the end of the course. The front two are the trainers from students care service.
Yesterday we had a young adults lunch. I was really glad that such an attempt was made and i truly see the sincerity and genuinity. I'm sure it was a good session.
Yesterday, i did a fashion show with Singapore shawls for the red cross where all proceeds go to them. enjoyed myself and was pretty impressed that shelly was so willing to sell her designer pieces and give it all to charity. And i was amazed that the piece i was modelling fetched $400. Pictures above, all the miss singapore's modelling the singapore shawls. Thank Kris for coming..and taking the pics with me...
It was quite fun shopping at Ck tangs with kris too, she bought a 2 way cake and suddenly, i realised that make up costs so much. well, the good make up that is. I dun think i'll ever be able to afford something like Clinique even. Or rather i can't imagine doing so. I shall stick to Body shop.
Managed to meet shiwei for supper at grapevine.. i love her white specs!
I'm back home early. Have i said tat already? well, i'm just not used to it cos its been 2 months since this happened. Where i smelled the gate at 630pm. I wonder if thats good news.

Sigh, masters or no masters. That is the question.
