Surely feels funny having a public holiday and being at home. It feels good on the other hand too as i barely spend time at home. Had a good meal cooked by my mum, spent an hr bathing, putting mask, etc.. just feel short of painting my nails..cleared by table too..well. Feels good.
Yesterday was another unexpected day with me doing the unexpected. My family wamts a massafe chair , esp my sis and we agreed that all of us would have a joint ownership. My sis say at OTO chair for $888 but it was only for the body.. no legs massage.. so i looked at it, gave my disapproval. Went on to City hall thereafter to emet Pastor Morris and We had thai food. I can;t believe it. I OFFERED to pay. Its crazy but i just have this "earning power" "spending power" thing going on..So that was unexpeced too. The crowd in city hallw as mad as everyone was rushing to watch the fireworks. I wasnt going to squeeze so after dinner, i went to raffles city to shop. ALONE. unexpected again.And i bought a purple working pants from G2000. Nice! Thereafter, i decided to have a look at the OSIM massage chairs for a comparison. I was in the shop for more than an hr. And crazy as it sounds. I bought one massage chair. And after thinking of how to pay for it . I paid for it all with my own card. BLEAH. My first months pay is GONE. it was so unexpected of me to do that. I still can;t believe i handed him my card and took it back with less than $500 left. So. WELL, what to do, we couldnt do the credit card installment. Ouch. So i bought a massage chair myself. Of cos my family will pay me back. But it was super daring of me to make that decision myself. That was over indulgence. It wasnt necessary, it was just a want. I should have bought a new laptop or pone instead. Let's hope, the utlity of the chair makes up for this inital "pain". I went home at 1120pm.
Aaron calls and asks if i wanna have supper. He arranged it all, waited for the car to come back and drove to my place and then to luke's place and we headed to sentosa, KM8. But after paying $8 to enter, we realised it was closed so we went out, got back our money and drove to the beer garden. The frangipani balinese styled cafe. It was awesome. We reached about 1 am and then we had good cake and wine and company. Was bitten by mosquitoes and was feeling a but "high" but it was really nice. We were by a small fountain, wooden chairs.. awesome.
Then comes another unexpected. Aaron allowed me to drive the mazda 3 around the carpark. It went off to a good start and suddenly, i lost control of the accelerator and i went up a small hill and was going to hit the tree. OMG. That was the scariest and i am so glad a braked in time. Sighs. He's neevr gonna trust me to drive again. But i feel so happy that they both trusted me to drive. Was really encouraging. Thanks guys. The 4 hours we had was fun and Aaron, for the last time, for a long time. And thanks for the photo cd, the best grad present i'd call it.
