MELBOURNE DAY 1

The flight was excellent. Emirates rocks. we didnt even sleep cos of the games and movies that were at our disposal. We didnt even wat to leave the aircraft.. we slept about 4am last night. The Urban central backpackers hostel is excellent. Seriously. Its the newest and funkiest.. i just love it. Backpackers hostels are my style. Just like the one i stayed at in Beijing. We woke up at 9am for breakfast and then did so much calling and preps to think of what to do and finally set off at 1230.. we walked sooo much today.. We walked from city road to southbank promenade.. had lunch at southgate.. Food is really expensive here. nothing costs less than $7. Then walked and walked to to the birrarung marr, royal botanic gardens and finally to the shrine of rememberance. Seriously. thats as a lot of walking but it was cool weather. COLD. seemed like 8 degrees. Then we headed down to crown casino which was near our place to have dinner and my mum and sis got on those massage chairs..got home thereafter.. Excellent day.

My first impressions of Australia.

1) I love australians. They are so friendly

2)The place has no air of stress and tension. Everywhere seems like a fairytale. So relaxed and cool.

3) The food is really expensive.

4)People with "talents" like acrobatcs, juggling, etc really do make a living here.

5)It is pretty. The gardens amd flowers

6) public transport is NOT cheap unless ur travelling int he same zones

7)I love the weather though its cold.

8)The food is superb but if i live here for more than a week, i'm bound to put on 2 kg at least.

9)The guys are hugely cute. seriosuly.

10)I love the way the Aussies talk. My dad fits in just fine.

I love Melbourne and it is only DAY 1. Can't wait for more!!See ya!
