   I was invited to the Sinda High tea.. Actually, i was honoured although i dun think i deserve going..Well.. just did this radio show and am scheduled to do a program on vasantham central soon..but attending the volunteers high tea made me think of the impact volunteering has, on society. I was inspired at least by some of the programs. I'm sure i will do something for the Indians one day. Talking about volunteering.. I just volunteered to be an E- cyber counsellor with Touch Youth.. i think its known as porject crush or soemthing.. pretty cool.. just log on half an hour a day to talk to students about various things they are struggling with or simply have an issue with, in terms of a forum..i am looking forward to that.. Am intending to vlunteer to be a dance facilitator to special needs children soon.. must remember to call the organisation!! I think its time. Time for me to give my time to society at large..Esp reinforced during the sermon yesterday. The more you give, the more you recieve :-) I successfully completed my QT everyday last week!YIPPPEEEEEEEE! |
