 So its been 2 days since the room makeover started.. Just like some AMBUSH makeover or something.. but yeah seriously, with the things bought from IKEA, my room's got a new facelift.. shifted the things all over although the position of my bed and dressing table remained.. and the above showed a picture of the cupboard i was trying to build and my sis trying to build a small one herself.. Man, 4 hrs just to build.. we started at 12, i ended at 2am. After assembling the cupboard, i successfully, cleared the old cupboard of clothes i didnt want, packe dhtem nicely.. filled the new cupboard..so my clothes are settled. Called salvation army and they're coming next mon to take the things.. If you come to my house now, u'll see the corridor half filled with unwanted things. I'm yet to clean the top part of my cupboard, my study table and dressing table.. intending to spend tomo to do that.. and then finally, pack my photographs into the albums i've bought..thereafter, i should be perfectly happy with my cleaned room.. Oh my new bed, is actually the guest bed that wa sin my room all along.. the bouncy one yeah..someone should be happy. haha.I'm really happy with my zest to clean up. Its like, i'm preparing for a new start in my life.. the working life..and i need to be prepared for it. Results out this thurs. An official closure to my NUS life. Loving it, living it. |
