I'm finally typing on my good old compaq komputer riba. so happy.. finally got this started though the microsoft office couldnt get started so got to wait for another 12 hrs before Colin comes and saves the day! It has been an interesting weekend to these past 2 days..
On Sat, we finally had encounter and this time, with the new youth pastor, WhitleY Sim. well, he's back froM Cambodia and i can feel the youth passion and fervour.. As much as i miss Pastor Eddy, Im sure God has a plan for this transition..youths for His generation! So we had this little intro thing and we sat in a line according to our ages.. only then did i realise i'm the 6th oldest.. well.. just a sense of aging..but yeah.. i think his first day with us was a blast and i'm looking forward to a lot more! On Sunday, it was our church 49th anniversary and i gotta thank kris for reserving seats for me..and mummy..sigh..wonder when i'm going to see my parents sitting together again next. So it was a good sharing by a cambodian pastor. I really felt the presense of God when one Man right in front of me prophesized," Have you not heard my servant?" right in front, i was really shocked and i felt the realness and power of His presense. I was really glad catching up with some people.. esp Meiyen and sometimes i feel so busy on Sunday's talking to people that i neglect a few.. got a message from Dawn telling me to remember them the next time i socialise and then dear lisa came to me to tell me about something important and i felt i should have spent more time hearing her out..sorry guys..i'll make it up to you.. and also.. i dun get to talk to people i want to a lot..sighz.. i need to manage my attention giving devise. So here comes the interesting part. This black guy taps my shoulder and asks me if there is a choir in church and whether i'm part of it.. then JK couldnt stop laughing with me.. and then he says that he sensed God telling him that i have the spirit and gift of singing and i will worship and praise him in a choir.. OMG!so jeremiah was called to the scene and he was staring at the black guy who said that.. then the alarming news spread to the rest over the other side.. haha.. then later JK said that i can sing and so the black guy said that i need JK , the only one who believes in me to mentor and motivate me to sing!!! THIS IS SUCH A JOKE. End of story. If only i could share this with someone..if that someone was there for me.
Had this Deacon's meeting and i had to choose deacons. Erhmm.. why was i there? cos i was one of the contenders! Gosh. really, this is crazy. felt so awkward.
Went to Sonjula's place at Hougang Ave 7 and gave him tuition cos his CA was on Mon and yeah.. was so tired but well.. missed the travel fair somemore..
Monday:I missed 2 classes!!! first i go all the way to alexandra to collect my lappy and when i switched it on, they hadnt restored it yet!!! SO mad.. i had to miss my malay language lab and then go back to school without my laptop.. sighz.. but in the end, they waived the transport fee and delivered it to my home.. phew.. met Tim sim for 2 hrs today!! he's really such a good supervisor.. i'm so blessed.. He has really inspired someone like me who hated research to loving it. Now i'm back into thinking about Masters. The openingand opportunity to HKU masters of philosophy (social work research) has now become promising..but i must do well in my research now for my supervisor to write me a recommendation letter. And then i must decide whether i want to go or work. No news on work.. even missed my crisis class cos i felt like i was in crisis!! Did so suckily on my malay essay la.. sigh.. should have asked for help..
There's news on holidays! well.. i found a real good deal.. its $478 with Quantas airlines and 3 nights of accomodation in any australian state. I think we may be booking it already.Fly up to Brisbane, greyhound to sydney and drive to melbourne and return to Singapore. So exciting.
Today was a 12 hr day for me. started at 10 am with project meeting in school, 6 hours of classes and 2 hours of tuition.. So TIRED.
Really got freaked out today with finding out the datelines.. i mean.. i have a 20 page paper to do by the 31st and i'm coming up with my own theory!! its going to be real tough man.. and then ism.. research..due on the 6th of April.. Crisis presentation coming Mon and the paper due 2 weeks later.. All coming in together.

This is going to be a tough 5 weeks. God grant me strength.
