Rain Rain go away come again another day.. i guess it doesnt work.
But it worked when i was in circuit. It miraculously stopped raining till i did my last parallel parking and knocked the pole down.haha
I was so blessed to have recieved a call from Focus on the Family and i met the two of them at their office on that very same night. The meeting took 3 hrs but it was a fruitful discussion. funny how i feel all supported for my research now.
well, today was a long day. I had a meeting with my supervisor at 1 and i think i was eating into his lunch hr! anyway, tell u a bt about my sup. he did his PHD in HKU(hong kong uni, where i was) and was lecturing there and he just came to NUS Social work dept last sem. Anyway, i'm glad i chose him as my supervisor cos he is interested in the taboo topic , just like me. Thank you Lord.
He's really strict. he's the type that will go right to the minute detail. He'll pick out every thing i say , even if i'm whispering. He's a bit intimidating. I know that each time i see him, i've got to be armed with knowledge and be read up to answer his questions.He gave me an RA movie to watch . oh , plus it's pirated. supposed to comment on it by next week. May watch it now, when my family is asleep. Dun have a choice. Professional purposes.
I met my nus friends, AAron, peiling and joey for Tea today..so nice seeing them again.. hearing all the bitching and complains and updates! oh, my friend who graduated last yr is opening a shop! face and body products.. she called me to attend the opening ceremony and i almost flipped. so will be seeing all of them again on sat. I attended my first malay lecture today. i'm so glad i took this module. I sense somehow the need to learn the language. i went home and after an hr left for church as i had a long yet wonderful meeting with my riverz dance leaders tonight. Thank God for them.

One of my best friend's getting a car, when will my turn be? i really just want my liscence for now.
