we reached at 130! so thankful for uncle henry who drove only 4 of us to Larkin while 3 of them took buses to reach there. smooth journey. mind wasnt too focussed though. kept thinking about people. anyway, today wwe had lotsa food to eat. reached pastor micheal's place and decided to stay there for one night, stay in the chalet for another night and at the village for the last night. This is to save money.. haha.. i'm so broke. but guess what, i found out that a social work scholarship has been opened and i think i'm going to apply for it. Lord , lead me! So we had r and r today, prayer walked/ drove in a village and stopped by the chief's place and we played the hankerchief game and "whats the time mr wolf". sigh. ir eally wish i knew malay. the first thing the pastopr asked was whether any one of us knew how to speak malay. SIGHZ. i have to take it next sem. i mean, communication would have been perfect other wise. anyway, then we went to pray for a sick man at another village and had dinner. now i found an internet cafe and badly need to pee. busy next few days anyway do doubt i'll get back here. i had my dunkin donut, strawberry frost and one strawberry float! wahahah. yum. |
