i went for service today and i was quite upset to hear that a friend didnt come but went to another church instead. didnt really know what to say to him but i hope i said the right thing. well, had youth prayer and fast too and i was just not in the right frame of mind.. a sense of confusion, sadness thinking about some people straying etc..i couldnt stop tearing and finally picked myself up and started praying. anyway, went to grandma's place after that with my parents and sis. It was nice, havent seen them for 7 months and it's too much..well, is there that i realised my cousins, (pri 4 and 5) haven been failing their subjects in school and its really hard for my aunt who has just recovered from cancer to handle them.. and here's also where i saw my mum at work on her love ,care and concern for them. My mum is amazing. truly, i really admire her for taking that extra step to help people. And i did my part in talking to the two boys and making them draw up motivation pieces and pasted them in front of their study tables.so i had crabs and thosai for dinner and i tell you, i really enjoyed them soooo very much..my grandma attempts to feed em till i'm bloated each time but this time, she couldnt.. haha..anyway, right after showed all of em this cd that joshua had done for me..well, yes, i havent mentioned.
Was really touched with what Josh had given me for my birthday.. 5 things:a duck soft toy, a glass thats was stained painted with words written on it, 4 purple candles with my name on each of em, a candle holder which was stained painted too. lastly, its this Beautiful video montage, an enhanced cd that contained memories of Hong kong. i was really touched..i could see it like over and over again cos its just so sweet. pretty overwhelmed really.Impressed with the creativity he has, so rare for a guy. end of day, back to teaching next week. the unofficial last week.
