we slept in till 12 again today! i woke up earlier than sista! then we went to mae the hotdog waffles and i made fried macaroni and we also fried the indian crackers mum sent. also boiled 2 wantons and fried two wantons. gosh, it was enough to last a whole day!delicious!then we set off yo meet vineesha at price edward and went to tung choi street and shopped sooo much! actually not bad, the fashion is better. i bought like 8 vicers for my dance item , for riverz for like 10hkd each. and then a denim shorts for like 3ohkd and palms which my sis didnt like so i have to find someone who's size 38 to give it away. sigh what a pity. should have got my size instead of hers. so then vin helped me to look after my sis while i had to go to Hong kong christian center to give a talk to project sasa, a group that helps the ethnic minorities in Hong kong.The talk that i was supposed to deliver was on singapore's multiculturalism approach. well, before that, i went in search for china travel service and was sitting there for past an hr trying to find the cheapest way to get to beijing. i had bad news that my friend doesnt have 13000rmb to pay for us first so i went there to see if i could get anything better. so i did. i decided real fast by calling up the travellers.. and then settled it there and then, and paid a hefty 9000 for all 7 tickets. i'm taking a one way ticket by shenzhen air to Beijing at 850hkd and theninner mongolia is settled via a tour package and then am coming back by a train that takes 24hours straight into Hong kong. the train costs 580hkd. in all, this was the best deal though i know i've to be ready to brave the train journey. and then yeah settled all our tickets. So then i was running so late for the talk i actually tooka cab for the first time on my own. sigh so ex! and then the sharing was real good. i had prepared it till 430am last night and it was good work!yeah they said they were inspired and i was glad to have facilitated that inspiration. I feel i know singapore very weel. the education systema nd nation building efforts have not gone to waste. i think i've learnt a lot on the nation building course i took a while back. well, after that, i couldnt go for dance cos it ws way too late.. i couldnt leave when they couldnt stop asking me questions. poor tina, she called me saying that everything was chaos and wish i could have come. sigh. felt so sad then. cos the pastor wanted to try the dance with a live singer and minus one track. gosh,t hats like 5 days before the perf can! no way! so anyway, too bad.. so i went to meethe two girls at causeway bay.. sigh, the guy i met yest.. he kept asking me to meet him and his friends to go bowling.. nice guy , seems harmless so i was friendly. so unlike me though to entertain this. then he called me three times today! just to ask me where i am, i was, and am going to be. he's already leaving on sunday. i totally dun understand why he's dying to date me. sighz. guys nowadays. CMI! so then met the girls.. and then kept shopping till we settled for dessert and the famous stall again!and then we walked sooo much just to find the bus home. realising we had to take an overnght bus and vineesha caught her bus but we walked till we found bus 31 to take it home..and home sweet home! OH, HAPPY BIRTHDAY JASON GOH!I MISS YOU, COME BACK SOON FROM DOWNUNDER!
