I slept till 2 today , awakened by Kristen’s call..the day before she got me up at 930am ! haha but I still went back to sleep..and got up to cook a fabulous meal from weiyi and myself.. its garlic coated chicken fillet, baby cabbage, hotdogs and fried potato.. I loved it la..somehow it was just nice.. and I took less than an hour to prepare. So I got back to my room and helped Kristen with the social work theories and perspectives that she needed to know to aid her essay.. and yeah so I was just doing that till 6 plus when I had to leave.. oh well, I also got my resume sent to the in charge of the international film festival to be employed as front of house.. well its just about S$10 per hour but its long hours so I’m going to happily accept it if I get it!AND YEAH..got ready to go for my first dance experience in hk! And I took out my dance pants that seems to be stained by dust and my shoes too! I was so excited.. but when I got out, it was raining and I got to the dance studio 10 mins late and they were doing warm up for hip hop..yeah and I was the only girl with 5 other guys.. it was like a S$0.25 class by the hku dance team.. for hip hop and another class for jazz on the same day..yeah so the hip hop class was happening!a bit guyish but I could do it great! I was so happy that I’m moving again but I’ve to build up my stamina cos I actually had giddy spells after repeatedly doing choreography and took a break to the washroom and got back with positivity.. and yeah went on and then we had street jazz after that and I enjoyed that so much.. there were just two of us.. me and Lawrence, a medical 3rd yr student.. and it was great.. when I was learning, I gained back my confidence to dance again cos I was synchronizing with the instructor with the same attitude I’d think! Its awesome and I just love the feeling man..yeah..i realize that my favourite genre is street jazz cos I seem to enjoy that the most among all the other genre’s.. hip hop is great but it brings out the rough side in me and I feel that I express myself better in street jazz.. I wanna go further in that if I had the chanceJwas supposed to go for badminton training after that but it was raining so badly that I just wanted to get back and be all clean to watc the two hour premier of amazing race 7 and I did just that!but when I got back, Sandra got me on skype and we talked for an hour.. it was great talking to her after so long..got a great bathe and went to the pantry and took the small amt of rice I had left from lunch and broke and egg and mixed the both together,, the floor had fruits party to replace floor soup so I really had the largest number of fruits today than my whole life!it felt good watching the new season of amazing race which has rob and amber in it and eating fruits.. good life!when I got back to my room, shiwei/Jessica msn’ed me telling me that she’s booked tickets to come here from the 11th -16th april , alone! She couldn’t get on the same dates as xing yee who’s coming from 12-17th May cos the jetstar tickets were selling fast and today was the last day to book.. haha.. yeah and she’s all excited.. the both of them will bunk in with me in my room. Haha..i got to mentally prepare myself for the war of words on the “sex uncensored” forum tomo man! And hopefully I’m not late for school at 1040
Oh I sure will be huh..well..my first modern jazz class starts tomo! Hurrah!
