I missed church today. Sigh, i woke up from a dream and i didnt feel too good physically so i thought of sleeping in. Sigh, satan won eh. i need help with this sleeping problem. pls pray for me.Although i missed sermon, Winnie was so nice to tell me about the sermon by Pastor Ken.
Analogy of a tree:
our root grows into the soil, anchored in christ. the tree trunk represents love. the branches represent the list of fruits stated in galatians 5:22-25 '... love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control
adding days into life or life into days? says:
all the wonderful fruits grow out of LOVE!
pastor ken also mentioned 4 important things. 1) desire to become more loving. 2) sense of security. 3) training of our tongue. 4) forgiveness
these are useful ways to help us to become more loving.
I finished writing the article for the glatidians magazine today and got ready to go to admiralty to collect me card and eat and market in wan chai! how unfortunate, 2 days in a row, i missed the student card collection office opening hours by minutes.. but this time, my friends were late.. sigh.. so we went to wan chai for the first time and yeah. we decided to split up, phoebe and i wanted to eat at hardee's and didnt mind spending cos we have been eating crap from our own food preparations. kailing and andy went shopping and ate noodles..then we went to do our marketing at welcome! bought so much food.. enough to cover 2 weeks i hope adnd i chalked up $120 hk dollars. the longest bill i've seen. We went home thereafter.. hehe.. yeah i bought prawns so i'm gonna eat them tomo! i wonder how it'll turn out cos i only love mum's prawns..
