i woke up at 2am today! Gosh.. i know its so late but what to do.. the wind was really horrendous last night, it was banging my window and making so much noise that i dun think i slept until 6am.. well, i recieved an sms at 6am and was sooo happy, and i replied in a concious state so i must have only slept after that..After i woke up.. i went to take a really long and good bathe.. washed my hair super clean after a few days cos its been so cold!then i soaked the mee hoon and defrosted the chicken while i was bathing.. and started cooking after i got out..i tried cooking something new today.. friend mee hoon goreng, fried potato and szechuan chicken in oyster sauce. it was the best tasting meal ever and i'm really proud of myself man.Phoebe came to my hall when i was almost done with cooking and she said the food was good! hurrah, success.. another tutor living on my floor told me today that my mum will have no regrets sending me here because i can now cook! and she's right, MUM! I WILL COOK FOR YOU!i just love cooking.. and organising.. maybe setting up a food business next time is a good idea. so phoebe and i adjourned to my room to start on our project.. its on the nature of conflict in business enterprises and we did up a flowchart so quickly.Last sem, there was a social work module known as interpersonal conflict resolution offered and my friends took it and i asked them for the notes and they emailed it to me within a day and wala, everything was there.. just needed to organise it.. i'm glad we got something going..and i've started doing work or else i'll still feel like a tourist!Then thereafter, we headed to prepare for the "valentines" dinner with the dateless singaporeans.. all alike..and we prepared baked potatoes and french fries, vivian did the egg omelettes with luncheon meat and cucumber, Ben brought the roasted whole chickens and pakloon and friend bought the drinks.u won't believe it, pakloon bought 4 alcoholic lookalike drinks.. but in the end, when i saw the labels, it was the magerita mixer, green tea , peach tea and some 7-up tasting drink.. and they cost $91 hkd in all! gosh.. all of us had to pay $9 more for the "branded" drinks.typical of them man!the last time we had steamboat, he really bought alcoholic drinks and i gave him a glare so hard he wouldnt dare anymore.. wahaha..
then i tried setting up pictures here with the help of Neo.. and that took a long time cos the internet connection has been slow for the past two days.. hope it gets better soon man. still trying to upload the pics.. the connection keeps failing me.. sorry wait up for it yeah.. oh and yeah.. just when i got back to my room to do the pics, i got a call from my room phone from singapore! So happy man., its so coincidental cos i'm hardly in my room and just when i got there, the phone rang.. amazing telepathy eh..happy day in all..
So, happy valentines to all, remember, Jesus is our valentine too so spend some time with him too!Goodnight for now.. am picking Andy up from the station so got to attemot to get up at 1130am tomo.. school starts tomo.. is that a good thing? maybe, maybe not..
